To start, grab onto a pull-up bar with an overhand grip and keep your hands shoulder-width apart. Hang with your arms fully extended and engage your core. Pull yourself up towards the bar until your chin is above the bar. Slowly lower yourself back down to the starting position. Focus on controlling the movement and using your back muscles during the exercise. Repeat for reps.
